I NEED MASSAGE week....

Training of Adsalympics had been going on for 1 week... Till now, I'm still having body aching and body sore, especially on my thigh due to futsal training... I NEED BODY MASSAGE!!!!!

Having great fun on all kinds of trainings, especially CHEER LEADING... unbelievable huh?? hehe..

FUTSAL is new to me too... yet, it's so fun to play around with the girls, where shouting and cheer is non stop.. LOL!

PING PONG.. dun really enjoy ping pong much though... bcs i'm not good in it, so i end up keep picking up balls frm the floor, making me to feel so tired... phew... but, thx to Loi and Bong for training me up... I'm on my way picking up ping pong d...

BADMINTON.. dun have much training... but still i enjoy training by Bryan for my smashing skill.. ^^

Training for DODGE BALL, BOWLING, 100 meter RELAY, TUG OF WAR has not been proceeded....

17-20 Mar 2010 Hanoi + Halong Bay trip

Wat about Hanoi? Besides NOISE, it's still NOISE, NOISE, NOISE and NOISE!!! Noise pollution there... ah doi... headache.. too many motobikes... Ppl there drive like crazy... Ppl there horn like crazy... Ppl crossing the road like little chick (especially me T-T) ... terrible...

Halong Bay... 3.30 hours away from Hanoi.. Peaceful day trip though... and wonderful cave.. ^^

Frankly speaking, I din enjoy much during the trip.. It's more on a life experience thingy over there rather than a playing and eating trip...

12/12/2009 Dental Dinner Night at Equatorial Hotel Penang

Yae... Was looking forward to it for such a long time... Yet, it turn out to be a so so night saje... I shall tell u why... T-T...

1st, my dress... ya... look nice, look gorgeous... BUT! the previous night, only i realise my dress is LOOSE! omg... so gan jiong... wat to do? already so last minute... Finally, need the help of safety pins loh....

2nd, my hair do... supposingly to be a elegant hair style also.. huh... STILL! due to the dance, I'm lack of time... and my hair ended up like... like.... hmm.... just dun really like it... u shall look at the pic below....

3rd, my heels!!! oh, DAMN... this is the most serious part.... my heels straight away spoilt just after I walk out from the lift a few step... oh man... I was so pissed off and almost gave up the dinenr... Luckily, Michelle brought an extra heels for herself... It's slightly loose for me... Yet, tat's my only choice though... Just bare with it lo... Thx a lot, girl!! ^^ or i will wasted off my RM88.. >.<

HOWEVER, nvm... I still enjoyed the dance with The Divas, enjoyed snapping photos with frens... enjoyed the western style prom night, where girls will prepare upstair in the hotelroom, and walk elegantly down to the ball room... ^^ ... yae... but we did a huge mess in the hotel room.. lol... oh ya.. oh ya.. and I got the lucky draw present which consists of tooth pastes, tooth brushes, polident, body shampoo and shampoo + my door gift which composes of tooth pastes, tooth brushes also.. lol... Ya... I know.. it's just so into a DENTAL dinner... lol...
